All consultations and sessions are conducted online using video calls as this allows me to reach clients across the UK and beyond. This also has a number of other benefits, including:

- Being in the comfort of your own home or other suitable venue
- Eliminates travel costs, time and inconvenience
- Time to integrate after the session rather than rushing off to catch public transport of drive home
- It’s just as effective as an in-person session
