EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) for rage and anger to flow

As I healed from CFS/ ME in my early twenties, contacting anger and allowing it to flow through me was one of the keys for me to heal physically.
This video guides you through some EFT to help rage and anger to flow. Towards the end I mention that running might help too, this is clearly for those of you that are currently well enough to run. If you’re not, other kinds of movements like stamping your feet or hitting pillows can help you to release anger.
