Anger is misunderstood. It can feel scary. It can feel wrong. Sometimes we push it down and pretend it’s not there. Often we collect it, store it, and use it in ways which can hurt ourselves and others. Anger can make us say things we don’t want to say. It can cloud our thinking. When we hold on to it, it can cause damage to our hearts.
Yet anger is not a ‘bad’ feeling. It’s when we don’t process it that it can cause problems. In this video I share EFT Tapping for Anger. Tapping will help release anger. Tapping will also help calm your nervous system, making it easier for you to communicate more effectively.

Important: EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is not intended to diagnose or treat any particular individual or condition. While EFT has been used by thousands of health care professionals and individuals worldwide with minimal negative side effects, this does not mean that you will not experience any side effects. If you use EFT and meridian tapping techniques on yourself or others, you are advised to take full responsibility for yourself and the treatment. When tapping by yourself, or in a group setting, work with easier/lighter memories and feelings. Consult with a professional when dealing with painful traumatic memories and events.
