But what we can change is our own reactions and emotional charge around their behavior. To quote the granddaddy of modern physics Newton: “For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.” what this means in relationships is that when you change your responses and your behavior your environment can not help but shift to maintain the balance. This video is designed to support you to acknowledge and release any emotional charge you have about a difficult person and then to turn the focus back towards your own heart and centeredness.
