EFT Tapping to Stop Emotional Eating Once and for All

Dawson Church, PhD creator of the EFT for Weight Loss program at shares how to use EFT tapping on emotional eating when you are projecting your emotions onto food.

What Is EFT for Weight Loss?

Even though you’ve had less-than-stellar success with other weight loss programs, EFT for Weight Loss is designed to completely re-shape the way you feel about food.

It’s based on the EFT for Weight Loss book by Dawson Church.

EFT for Weight Loss uncovers all the reasons why people gain weight and keep it on, despite all their diets and exercise programs. It systematically removes your emotional blocks, one by one, to living a healthier life. There are millions of people who are naturally slender, without any effort at all; and EFT re-trains your brain to work just like theirs.

Each week in a EFT for Weight Loss program you learn new habits, beliefs, and behaviors that support natural and long-term weight loss.

A regular tapping practice then cements better coping skills and healthier habits into your subconscious so that you emerge from an EFT for Weight Loss course with a whole new set of behaviors that will serve you for the rest of your life.

What is EFT Tapping?

EFT means “Emotional Freedom Techniques” and is a powerful self-help method based on research showing that emotional trauma contributes greatly to disease. Clinical trials have shown that EFT tapping is able to rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger emotional distress.

Once the distress is reduced or removed, the body can often rebalance itself, and accelerate healing.

EFT uses elements of Cognitive Therapy and Exposure Therapy, and combines them with Acupressure, in the form of fingertip tapping on 12 acupuncture points. Over 20 clinical trials published in peer-reviewed medical and psychology journals have demonstrated that EFT is effective for phobias, anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder, pain, and other problems.
