Yes person? People pleaser? Always taking on too much? I hear ya!

Tap along with me to get more comfortable saying the word “No”.

Remember to:

* Have a glass of water to hand
* Take some deep breaths
* Rate how you feel about saying No on a scale of 1-10 (10 being like “OMG I say Yes to EVERYTHING” to 1 being “I say No without too much agro”)
* Measure the intensity before and AFTER you tap, and post your results in the comments
* Keep tapping daily until you feel a shift. You ideally want to get down to a 1 or 0
* You may notice changes over the coming days/weeks so keep tapping.
