Introduction to EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)



EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is an energy psychotherapy that is both gentle and effective on a broad base of various issues. EFT can be used on physical issues, emotional issues, and performance issues.

This therapy is a marriage between psychology and Chinese medicine, in particular meridian points. Though no needles are used, tapping or massaging meridian points is the manner of stimulation that is used. The method is amazingly simple and effective where you speak out loud negative and positive cognitions, emotions and body sensations along with memories while tapping or massaging appropriate meridian points in a downward fashion, both the physical, mental and emotional parts of self shift bringing about positive changes in the individual.
