My name is Stefan and emotional freedom and success coach. I specialise in helping people like you overcome a range of physical, mental and emotional issues and take back control of their health and wellbeing.

I’m a qualified multi-disciplined practitioner specialising in EFT and Matrix Reimprinting.

I discovered EFT in 2009 while going through a period of intense stress and anxiety in my life and have personally found EFT to be highly effective in reducing and clearing the symptoms of these problems. This subsequently led me to training with EFT Master Karl Dawson to become an Advanced EFT and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner. I now practise EFT, helping clients with their mind-body problems using Emotional Freedom Techniques and Matrix.

The methods I use help to clear emotional issues from the past and present, allowing my clients to lead happier lives. There is also a growing acceptance that addressing underlying emotional issues can also help clear physical problems too.

What Is Matrix Reimprinting?

Matrix Reimprinting is a cutting-edge energy and meridian therapy based on EFT tapping. Whilst with EFT we work on the issues showing up in the present moment, in Matrix Reimprinting we apply EFT tapping in memories from the past. In this respect it has many similarities with hypnotherapy, NLP, Time Line Therapy, Inner Child Healing and Creative Visualisation.

In a typical Matrix Reimprinting session, we will look at a problem you would like to resolve, and using simple and gentle techniques we trace the issue back to its root event. We then step into that memory and apply EFT  to release any stress, trauma or negative beliefs from that moment. We then transform the memory by creating positive thoughts, feelings, beliefs and new meaning to that event so that our current life is no longer affected by the past.

One of the main benefits of Matrix Reimprinting over EFT is that it is very gentle, yet effective, allowing you to work on painful memories without re-experiencing uncomfortable feelings during the session.
