I discovered EFT in 2009 while going through a period of intense stress and anxiety in my life and have personally found EFT to be highly effective in reducing and clearing the symptoms of these problems. This subsequently led me to training with EFT Master Karl Dawson to become an Advanced EFT and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner. I now practise EFT, helping clients with their mind-body problems using Emotional Freedom Techniques.

What Is EFT Tapping?
