EFT is a powerful technique to help stop the desire to comfort eat. Many of us comfort eat which over time often leads to long-term weight gain.
When you catch yourself reaching for food at a time when it’s not a normal meal time, ask yourself if you really are hungry or if you’re comfort eating.
Use the EFT session suggested to tap out the negative emotions and tap in what you want.
